Hairo is an independent matching service, not a medical provider. This policy explains what we collect and where it goes.
Who is the data controller

What we collect
- Your answers to the assessment questions (age range, hair loss pattern, areas of concern, budget range, timing).
- Your contact details: first name, email address and phone number.
- Technical and campaign data: referrer, campaign parameters, landing page.
We do not collect photographs, medical records or any other health documentation.
Legal basis
Consent, which you give with the checkbox on the final step of the assessment. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@hairo.example.
Who we share it with, and where
We share your details with the partner clinic we match you with. Partner clinics are located in Turkey, which is a third country outside the EEA. Transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards documented with each clinic, and we share nothing beyond what is needed to send you a quote.
Retention
Assessment and contact data is kept for 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted.
Your rights
- Access, correction and deletion of your data
- Withdrawal of consent at any time
- Objection to marketing emails
- Complaint to your national data protection authority
Request deletion
Send us a deletion request and we will remove your record and everything attached to it.
